All year i ve been looking forward to going to kentucky s red river gorge to run the inaugural rugged red trail half marathon. This is not a race for first time runners. As of september 9 2017 i can now say that the toughest physical feat that i have accomplished is the 2017 rugged red trail half marathon. This week i finally started getting up early to.
